Are you passionate about analysis and planning?Would you like to create a triannual plan for your organization?Join our Financial Planning and Analysis team!Partner with the bestThe Lead Cash Flow Analyst is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Bayport Manufacturing plant & OIC HQ. The position requires thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.As a Lead Cash Flow Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the business cycle- 3-yr plan, budget, and forecasts at each level of the organization
• Defining KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, and commissioning
• Analyzing the performance and proposing action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed
• Advising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in their own field
• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approaches and methods for solving complex problems
• Supporting OIC HQ on allocations and HC analysis and leading medium-sized projectsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's from an accredited college (or a diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance).
  • Have 3+ additional years of experience in Cash Flow Planning and Analysis, or alternatively in Cost Accounting.
  • Be proficient with both Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and SAP.
