Job Description:
Job Description As a Tax/Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be
expected to prepare financial statements, corporate and personal
tax returns, payroll, and sales tax for a number of small/medium
business clients and individuals. An understanding of tax
accounting concepts and the ability to work with clients of varying
needs are vital to success in this position. Excellent c
Experience/Skills: * Bookkeeping experience 3 to 5 years. *
QuickBooks experience 3 to 5 years * The ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent communications is a must * Excellent data entry skills
* Experience with 1040 and Business Tax Returns. Overtime is
available, and often necessary, during tax season (generally
January through April 15th) paid out at 1.5x hours. A Health
Reimbursement Agreement is available for those who qualify of $300
per month (amount accrues if not used). A SIMPLE IRA with employer
match up to 3% of gross is also available.
