Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing and Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer account billing, including subscriptions, invoices,
and payment collection using platforms like Stripe, HubSpot, and
Shopify
Process payroll for employees and contractors, maintaining accurate
payroll records and managing reimbursements
Assist in financial reporting and analysis, collaborating with
external accounting teams for month-end close and tax
preparation
Required Qualifications
Degree in accounting or a related field or equivalent experience in
GAAP
Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts
payable, billing support, or payroll management
Proficiency in financial software such as Bill.com, Stripe,
Shopify, or similar billing platforms
Experience with Google Suite/Microsoft Office and familiarity with
customer support systems like HubSpot
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial
data and trends
