Job Description:
A company is looking for a Follow-Up Associate II to investigate
and resolve denial accounts related to medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and examine denial accounts using established methods
and coding knowledge
Route accounts for review and rework based on feedback from
specialty departments
Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, escalating when
necessary
Required Qualifications
Billing or payer experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Understanding of medical terminology and coding
Ability to work independently with minimal assistance
Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
