Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Consolidations Manager to join our team in the Energy industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to take part in the financial management of a global company and play a key role in the consolidation and financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP, hold a CPA qualification, and have experience with SAP S4/Hana. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles. Why join us? Financial Reporting Opportunity - CPA Required (Pre IPO Company!) Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with IFRS. 2. Implementing and maintaining the SAP S4/Hana system to support the consolidation process. 3. Preparing consolidated financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 4. Coordinating with other departments and business units to gather and analyze financial data. 5. Ensuring compliance with GAAP and other applicable regulatory standards. 6. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the consolidation process. 7. Providing technical accounting guidance and support to other teams and departments. 8. Participating in the preparation and review of the company's annual budget and financial forecasts. 9. Managing and developing a team of financial professionals. 10. Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Consolidations Manager position should possess the following qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 2. CPA certification is required. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation, financial reporting, or related roles. 4. Strong knowledge and understanding of IFRS and GAAP. 5. Experience with SAP S4/Hana or similar financial systems is required. 6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 7. Strong leadership and team management skills. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. 9. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 10. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
