What You'll Be Doing as a Bookkeeper: Process bi-weekly payroll Answer payroll questions and train on timecard and PTO entries Ensure accuracy of all payroll tax reporting and compliance reporting Accounts payable invoice processing Accurately review and code invoices into bill pay application Set-up new vendors in Sage Intacct Assist with preparation and processing of annual 1099's What We're Looking For as a Bookkeeper: Full cycle Accounts Payable and Payroll experience Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs) Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven Clear communicator and team player with a can-do attitude If you're ready to do work that matters while growing your career, we want to hear from you.
