Medical Billing & Credentialing Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing & Credentialing Coordinator to join our team! This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate billing processes, overseeing credentialing compliance, and supporting light reconciliation tasks in collaboration with our accounting team. Responsibilities of the Medical Billing & Credentialing Coordinator: Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding items Review medical billing data and ensure nothing is missed by third-party billing providers Collaborate with third-party credentialing teams and update internal scheduling systems Maintain accurate and complete credentialing records, ensuring all providers are approved Support basic account reconciliation when billing tasks are light Qualifications of the Medical Billing & Credentialing Coordinator : Experience with medical billing and provider credentialing Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data organization (sum totals, not just formulas) Ability to reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred system for the Medical Billing & Credentialing Coordinator: Experience using Credible (medical billing system) INJUN2025 ZRFS
