entry-level position, and we’re looking for someone who’s eager to
learn, motivated, and ready to grow. You’ll be in a fast-moving
environment where no two days look exactly the same. You’ll work
with multiple teams, help keep things organized, and support
day-to-day operations as priorities shift. If you enjoy staying
busy, learning on the fly, and working in a team where
communication is constant, you’ll likely enjoy this role. If you
prefer a very predictable routine with little change or minimal
interaction, this position may not be the best fit — and that’s
okay. We believe in being upfront so expectations are clear from
day one. Key Responsibilities Assist with processing equipment and
lease deals from sale to funding Enter and maintain deal
information in internal systems Support senior processors with
contract review and document prep Track deal status and follow up
on missing items Communicate with Sales, Leasing, Admin, and
Logistics daily Help resolve issues related to paperwork,
approvals, and billing setup Manage inboxes, requests, and
deadlines without constant reminders Keep deal records organized

Requirements: Required Skills & Traits Strong organizational and
follow-up skills Clear written and verbal communication Ability to
learn new systems quickly High attention to detail without getting
stuck on perfection Comfortable working in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment Experience: Administrative, operations,
or office experience preferred Copier industry experience is a
plus, but not required E-Automate / Printanista experience is a
plus, but not required (we will train)
