Job Description Job Description Senior Financial Reporting Manager A leading organization is seeking a Financial Reporting Senior Manager to join their finance team in a newly created role. This position blends technical financial reporting expertise with leadership in digital transformation, automation, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, manage reporting, and lead a high-performing team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures under U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Analyze financial results, identify key business drivers, and detect anomalies. Prepare executive reports and presentations highlighting trends and insights. Liaise with external auditors and ensure audit readiness. Research complex accounting standards and recommend policy/process updates. Champion the integration of automation, analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., RPA, AI analytics, Power BI). Design and implement sustainable, automated reporting processes. Collaborate with finance leadership to modernize workflows. Lead, coach, and develop a growing team (starting with 1-2 direct reports, may expand to 3). Promote cross-functional collaboration and best-practice adoption. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance CPA required 8 years of progressive experience in financial reporting or accounting Why Apply? High visibility with senior leadership.
