Job Description:
Evaluate construction project costs by analyzing blueprints,
specifications, and other project documents to create accurate and
competitive bids. They collaborate with project managers, clients,
and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions while adhering to
timelines and budget constraints. Client Details This construction

detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to

improve accuracy and refine future estimates. Present estimates and
cost proposals to leadership and stakeholders for approval and
negotiation. Profile Demonstrating extensive experience with hard
bid estimating for commercial construction projects. Bringing a
track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates that
align with project objectives. Possessing strong analytical skills
to evaluate project plans, costs, and timelines accurately.
Excelling in communication and collaboration with clients,
contractors, and project teams. Displaying proficiency in
estimating software and tools commonly used in the construction
