Job Description Job Description Job Title: Mason Level 1 Company: Tiger Star Construction Location: Sealy, TX Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary Tiger Star Construction is seeking a skilled Level 1 Mason to perform masonry work on construction projects. This role involves bricklaying, concrete finishing, plastering, and organizing labor resources to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret construction drawings and plans Perform bricklaying and block work according to project specifications Operate concrete vibrators, finishing machines, and joint cutters for quality concrete work Apply plastering and finishing techniques as required Organize and coordinate labor resources on site for masonry tasks Ensure work meets quality standards and project timelines Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Collaborate with other trades to support project progress Qualifications Minimum 2 years of construction experience in masonry or related trades Skilled in bricklaying, concrete finishing, and plastering Proficient with concrete vibrators, finishing machines, and joint cutters Ability to read and follow construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational and teamwork skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical Requirements Ability to lift and handle construction materials Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work on scaffolds or uneven surfaces
