activities of a customer service team, guaranteeing that all
customer engagements meet top-tier standards for both quality and
efficiency. Specific responsibilities will include: Guiding a team
of customer service representatives through effective coaching.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and skill development
within the team. Monitoring team performance, analyzing data, and
providing feedback. Handling escalated customer inquiries and
complaints. Implementing customer service procedures and protocols.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and
