Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Education Manager to oversee
customer onboarding and training processes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding meetings and training sessions for customers,
ensuring understanding of product functionalities
Collaborate with internal teams to refine onboarding programs and
update educational materials
Track customer usage and progress, identifying areas for
improvement in tool adoption and training processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a similar field
3-5 years of teaching/training experience, preferably in a SaaS
environment
Minimum of 2 years' experience with customer onboarding or training
in a SaaS company
Strong knowledge of screen sharing software and productivity tools
like G-Suite and MS Office
High emotional intelligence and the ability to prioritize and
manage time effectively
