impact, and excellence.Job DescriptionJob Duties
- Conduct assessments with clients to determine IDMS usage
improvement opportunities
- Lead or assist with workshops for clients to review/educate on
IDMS baseline functionality
- Develop training material and provide custom IDMS training for
client work processes and configuration for use internally and
externally
- Develop queries, reports, KPI's, and other dashboard content
for clients
- Develop and implement internal PinnacleART standards for the
implementation of the IDMS
- Provide solutions to gaps in client processes where our
services could add value
- Support project teams to ensure high quality and customer
confidence including training on implementation processes
- Audit and review project deliverables to ensure high quality
customer confidence
- Communicate the purpose, value, and benefits to the customer
(i.e. "value proposition")
- Swiftly resolve technical concerns and issues with
customers
- Engrain the technical knowledge within Pinnacle to continually
rely less on one's own expertise
- Grow the technical expertise of Pinnacle and
selfAccountabilities -
- Ensure high customer confidence in project teams to deliver
projects
- Ensure project teams have the technical resources necessary to
train team members, enabling them to have the technical knowledge
and skills to successfully perform their work
- Ensure project teams have the right work processes and
technology to achieve the lowest reasonable cost of execution and
cost of quality
- Communicate the purpose, value, and benefits to the customer
(i.e., "value proposition")
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships and
efficient communication; listening for their needs and wants
(updates, schedule compliance, collaboration, etc.)
- Ensure client satisfaction with their application
implementation such that they can efficiently and effectively
manage their program and drive value.Required Qualifications
- 3-5 year+ Business Sector experience
- 3-5+ years of inspection data management system implementation
experience (multiple applications preferred)
- 3-5+ years of Reliability OR Mechanical Integrity
experience
- Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline OR equivalent
relevant work experience
- Working with or at an owner/operator (oil and gas producer,
refinery, mining)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Creative problem solver and strong aptitude for learning new
processes and techniques
- Ability to apply/integrate different approaches to
technical/analytical methods
- Experience writing technical reports and proposals.
- Working knowledge of API (510/570/653/580) and ASME codes (Sec
VIII, B31.3)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work with and guide
others.
- Ability to travel (25%-50%)Equipment and Software Knowledge
- Microsoft Office suite of products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Teams, SharePoint
- Pinnacle Business Systems: IFS, Manage Engine, Workday
- Meridium (GE APM), PCMS or other IDMS/Asset Management software
(multiple preferred)Direct Reports There will be no direct reports
to this roleWorking Environment
- Conditions may include working inside and/or outside. - May
work around office machinery with moving parts and moving objects.
- Working near radiant and electrical energy. - Working closely
with others or working alone. - Working extended or irregular hours
and travelling by all possible modes of transportation.Physical Job
Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, push, stoop, reach above
the shoulder, grasp, pull, bend repeatedly, climb stairs, identify
