sustainable future. Job Description Veolia Water Tech Zone is
seeking a key member of our Field Service Management team in the
South region (TX/LA/OK/AR) leading a team of two to five
professional field leaders and a broader team of multi-skilled
operators. Our ideal candidate has an industrial or technical
background, preferably in water and wastewater treatment solutions
with experience in customer and account management as well as
managing a team. Key Characteristics Lead fulfillment of the Water
Tech Zone Field Service activities within the assigned customer
base Manage contracts and operations at customer sites ensuring
safety, contract compliance, and financial performance Responsible
for lifecycle management of all assets within the assigned customer
base, ensuring the team has necessary tools and skills to prevent
failures and deterioration of equipment Responsible for all Field
Service operational metrics including EHS, quality of service,
utilization, profitability and cost to serve Duties &
Responsibilities Develop and drive business strategies across the
assigned portfolio Collaborate with Sales and Commercial
Engineering teams to support business growth Responsible for
building, developing and holding responsible for day-to-day
fulfillment of the field service teams Partner with HR and Training
Team for staffing activities including recruitment and training Own
development of strong succession plans for the assigned team Foster
a culture, and drive continuous improvement within the assigned
team Demonstrate excellent EHS standards and follows
policies/procedure Lead process improvement, restructuring and
business transformation Optimize workflows and processes for
efficiency and cost-effectiveness Collaborate cross-departmentally
to align operations with organizational objectives Play a
significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting,
and implementing change control processes Review Voice of Customer
survey results and own closure of identified deficiencies Drive
timely closure of customer issues or audit findings Communicate
with leadership and supporting functions and request necessary
resources when something is off target Qualifications Knowledge,

problem-solving skills Knowledge of wastewater processes and
standards Ability and willingness to work in and lead
cross-functional teams Demonstrated program/project management
skills Education & Experience Required: BS degree in a technical
field, i.e., Chemical Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical
Engineering, or equivalent experience Minimum eight years'
experience and relevant leadership experience in industrial water,
wastewater, or food & beverage water treatment solutions or related
fields Preferred: Experience with water treatment equipment and
systems (DAF, UF, RO, EDR, EDI) Ability to travel within assigned
region (25%) Computer proficiency with Google Workspace Strong
customer focus and service-related background Additional
