Salary: $25 - $40 per hour A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Pump Technician to help establish and grow our Houston operation. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in the field and the shop, takes pride in doing the job right, and is ready to grow into a management position over time. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of centrifugal pump systems, a strong mechanical skill set, and the ability to oversee jobs from start to finish, including quoting, budgeting, and leading a growing team of technicians. Competitive Compensation $25-$40 an hour depending on Experience 7am-4pm position with plenty of Overtime Available Room for Growth Great Benefits and 401k Plan Job Details Lead hands-on repair, maintenance, disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of centrifugal pumps and related rotating equipment Serve as the technical expert and go-to lead for all field and shop pump service work at the Dallas location Prepare detailed job quotes, estimate labor and materials, and manage job costs within budget Work closely with company leadership to build and develop the Dallas team Train and mentor junior technicians; eventually oversee a crew of 4–6 employees Maintain high safety, quality, and customer service standards Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams Interested in hearing more?
