Willis, TX is searching for Quality & HSE Manager to assist in the
company’s daily operations. This is a temp-hire position in a

Seeking an experienced Quality and HSE Manager to lead quality
programs ensuring product excellence and regulatory compliance at
our facility. This role combines strategic quality management with
hands-on leadership of quality assurance initiatives. Summary of
essential job functions: Develop and maintain quality objectives
aligned with corporate goals Manage QA/HSE initiatives and
regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Implement statistical process control (SPC) methods and data
analysis Oversee inspection, testing, and evaluation standards
development Lead quality engineering reviews and vendor quality
assessments Direct quality training programs and department
supervision Present technical reports to management team Ensure
compliance with government and industry quality codes Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 6-10 years related quality management
experience Automotive quality management experience Knowledge of
SAP MRP systems Internal auditor certification (IATF 16949/ISO
9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001) preferred Six Sigma certification
preferred CMQ/OE ASQ certification preferred Apply online or at our
