Role overview: The Field Service Technician is responsible for the performance of all aspects of tank cleaning, including inspecting the tank for residual product, and post-cleaning inspection of the interior/exterior of the tank. Duties include Spill cleanup, confined space entry, Stationary tank cleaning. Most jobs will be done at the customer site. Position Responsibilities: Inspecting tanks for residual product Post Cleaning inspection of the interior/exterior of the tank Spill Cleanup Stationary Tank Cleaning Qualifications: Experience in the following areas and equipment preferred: Tank Cleaning, Hydro-Blasting, Confined Space Entry, Forklift, 70-Barrel Vacuum Truck, Diaphragm Pump. Must have good communication skills 40hr Hazwopper and supplied air trained Must have a working knowledge of SDS & profile to wear proper PPE Ability to obtain a TWIC certification Mechanically inclined Must hold a valid driver’s license Ability to read and understand English for the purposes of interpreting SDS documents.
