Job Description Job Description Description: HVAC Service Technician (TACL A or B Required) JD Services is launching and growing its HVAC division in Conroe, TX, and is seeking a licensed HVAC Service Technician to play a key role in building this new department from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants stability today and the chance to grow with a developing HVAC operation. What You’ll Do as our HVAC Service Technician: Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system troubleshooting Clearly communicate findings and repair options to customers Complete all work in compliance with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards Maintain accurate service documentation and job records Represent JD Services professionally in customers’ homes and businesses Support the continued development of the HVAC division through quality workmanship and customer care Requirements: What We’re Looking For in our HVAC Service Technician: Active Texas TACL (A or B) HVAC license – required Strong residential HVAC service experience Ability to diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls Preferred Qualifications: EPA Universal certification ServiceTitan experience Light commercial experience What We Offer Our HVAC Service Technicians: Competitive pay based on experience and licensing Steady, year-round work Opportunity to grow with a newly established HVAC division Supportive, team-oriented environment Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance PTO and paid holidays Bi-weekly pay 401K
