Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Automotive Parts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in managing parts operations within a
dealership environment, with specific experience in Chevrolet parts
management . This role requires excellent organizational skills,
leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional
customer service. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of
the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and
distribution. Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and compliance
with manufacturer guidelines. Manage vendor relationships and
negotiate pricing for optimal profitability. Train, mentor, and
supervise parts department staff. Maintain high levels of customer
satisfaction through timely and accurate parts fulfillment. Monitor
and analyze parts sales performance and implement strategies for
growth. Qualifications Chevrolet dealership parts management
experience is required. Minimum of 3–5 years in an automotive parts
management role. Strong knowledge of OEM parts systems and
inventory management software. Excellent leadership, communication,
and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and meet deadlines. Ideal candidates will live in the
Richmond, Rosenburg, Katy, Fulshear, and Wharton county area.
