2 shifts available Shift Schedules 1st shift 430a-3p Monday to
Friday and Saturday 430a-1230p sometimes until 3pm. 2nd shift
3pm-130am Monday-Thursday and Friday/Saturday is 1230p-830pm. Pay
1st Shift Assembler I: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour(DOE) 2nd Shift
Assembler I: $16.75 – $18.75 per hour(DOE) Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and package products from all production lines
within the plant Identify assembly issues and generate
Non-Conforming Material Reports Collaborate with Manufacturing
Engineering to identify and implement solutions Work with Quality
Engineering to support continuous improvement initiatives Support
ISO 9001:2008 internal audits and recertification preparation Help
streamline assembly and integration processes through process
analysis and improvement recommendations Provide daily and weekly
project status updates within the work group Qualifications &
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1
year of assembly or manufacturing experience Ability and
willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling,
lifting, stretching, and bending Ability to work in a shop
environment for at least 8 hours per day (standing and sitting as
required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
