Straight As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the
installation of HVAC systems, with a focus on heat pumps and hybrid
solutions. You will work closely with our project management and
service teams to ensure efficient and high-quality installations,
contributing to our mission of providing sustainable energy
solutions. Key Responsibilites Install HVAC systems, including heat
pump and hybrid systems, in residential properties Follow
installation guidelines and specifications to ensure proper system
operation Measure, cut, and install ductwork, refrigerant lines,
and electrical wiring Connect HVAC units to ductwork, electrical
power, and refrigerant lines Test installed systems for proper
operation and identify any issues Understand system failures from
customers and solve issues in a timely manner for the customer
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety
standards Maintain accurate records of installation materials
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure
timely completion of projects Maintain a clean and organized work
area Communicate professionally with homeowners on the job site
Qualifications: Experience in HVAC installation Knowledge of HVAC
systems, components, and installation procedures Ability to read
and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints Strong mechanical
skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license with a clean
driving record EPA Section 608 Certification required TDLR HVAC
certification required Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited
to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and
squatting for extended periods of time. Be able to lift 50 pounds
of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday. Must be
comfortable with heights and working in hot and cool climates. We
