The platform unifies and simplifies the user experience for Kyndryl offerings, making it a very simple public-cloud-like experience for our customers to explore, try and buy our products.As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding key product requirements, define product features, write user stories and work across cross-matrix teams to deliver Kyndryl Bridge, a strategic platform initiative.To be successful in this role You will be an expert at market and business analysis, product definition, product roadmap, pricing, ecosystem, channel strategy, strategic planning, competitive analysis, innovation, and leading cross-functional teams. You will have a clear understanding of the product lifecycle and would manage it from inception through growth, maturity, and end of life stages and define partnership and ecosystem strategy for product execution. You would be entrusted to execute product vision and bring world class platform to market.Your Role and Responsibilities:Be the liaison between the stakeholder and Kyndryl's teams, working very closely with the development team (developers, testers, designers, etc.) to convey the customer's visions, gathering and understanding user requirements, defining, and prioritizing user stories, grooming story backlogs and being the source of clarity within the team, with great attention to detail.Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate them into the product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogsUnderstand how your solution providers and end users are evolving to help flush out requirements and new business processes to better deliver new capabilities to address emerging needsUnderstand how the end users interact with the application to help suggest and define better solutions for our clients that will help prioritize improvements to drive adoptionPartner with Design and Development to collaboratively discover, design, and deliver impactful capabilities that improve our clients' offeringsManage the process to capture, evaluate, and either schedule or decline enhancement requests, based on user prioritiesGather detailed requirements, create use cases, and user stories working closely with the Stakeholder and teams to define what is in (and is not in) scopeWork with Development teams to decompose and estimate stories, prioritize backlogs for sprint planning, track delivery status, and ensure on time deliveryUse your user insights to break requirements down into detailed user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteriaHave the experience and foresight to identify potential offering and delivery risks and address them immediately for resolution and course-correctionApprove and accept the sprint iterations (and user stories therein) to ensure they meet established acceptance criteria.If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for the position, $144,000 $261,000, is based on a full-time schedule. If you're hired into New York City work location the compensation range for the position, $159,000 $287,000. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.Required Technical and Professional Expertise A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager 5+ years of experience in a job in the Cloud, technology product market A minimum of 4+ years of experience writing user stories, use cases, and managing backlog prioritization Demonstrated understanding of Agile product delivery methodology Experience with full product life cycle management Technical background, with experience in UI/UX, microservices, multi-tenant platforms, eCommerceExcellent teamwork skills Demonstrated success with great communication skills in a customer/client facing environment Ability to understand when to say no, and the communication skills to say it thoughtfullyPreferred Technical and Professional Experience 3+ years of experience with responsibility for Platforms Experience with Platform commerce Experience with Application marketplace and IPaaS CI/CD and Agile experience for product deliveryRequired EducationBachelor's DegreePreferred EducationMaster's DegreeBeing You @ KyndrylDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
