Job Description:

A mental and behavioral health support organization has a current position open for a Remote Human Services Quality Assurance Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes
Leading the quality assurance team and develop and manage QA initiatives
Reviewing, evaluating and contributing to the development of standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's and 1-3 years of experience in human services and/or related field
Experience developing and leading training initiatives, including but not limited to quality assurance and investigation practices
Experience leading and managing quality assurance initiatives with demonstrated responsibility leading quality outcomes and practices
Experience required in the area of developing policies, procedures and practices within the area of quality assurance
