Got Flow Plumbing & AC Services is scouting a full-time or
part-time HVAC Department Manager to help carry the supervisory
weight between our plumbing and HVAC teams. In this essential role,
you will help provide support and supervision for our HVAC
department so that our plumbing supervisor can focus on overseeing
our plumbing department more effectively. Are you experienced in

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Our HVAC Department Manager serves to be a leader and a resource
for our techs and installers as they take on the mission of serving
our clients with exceptional service and quality workmanship. You
impart wisdom and support to your team out in the field by being
"hands-on" and fostering an open, honest, and team-oriented work
environment. While in the field, you work to be a resource to our
technicians by helping to solve issues, offer support, and
participate in occasional ride-alongs. You make it your mission to
keep communication lines open and seek to ensure all members of
your team feel as if they can approach you with anything.
Part of being an exceptional leader is making sure that client
satisfaction is of top priority, and you are committed to ensuring
we leave every job with "happy customers!" Although you are busy
out in the field, you do not neglect your administrative duties,
including ensuring that all work orders are closed correctly. At

WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time or part-time management position typically works
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
