What you will do in this role:
- Accountable for the assessment and development of the medical
plan of care for air and ground high risk neonates in collaboration
with the attending physicians
- Assists the Clinical management team in development,
implementation and enforcement of new and existing standards.
- Show the ability to assess and reassess critical patients in an
- Participates in internal and external outreach programs with
the purpose of continually improving the quality of neonatal
transport team processes and servicesQualifications What
qualification you will need:
- Current Texas RN License
- National Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Registered to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of
- AAP Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate
- STABLE certification
- NCC Neonatal Practitioner
- 3 years of experience as an advanced practice nurse in high
acuity NICU preferred
- Prescriptive authority privileges through the Texas
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
