A-Line Staffing is recruiting for a full time permanent Cardiovascular Surgeon or Cardiothoracic Surgeon in Houston, TX - Sugar Land. Cardiovascular Surgeon or Cardiothoracic Surgeon Sugar Land, TX Competitive base salary – Compensation – negotiable 3 – 5 yrs experience Job Summary: The Hospital seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Cardiovascular or Cardiothoracic Surgeon with 3-5 years of post-training experience to join our exceptional team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive surgical care in the treatment of cardiovascular heart and thoracic diseases, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repair/replacement, and thoracic surgeries. Collaborate with cardiologists, pulmonologists, and other specialists to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. Participate in the development of clinical protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs. Engage in patient education, ensuring clear communication about procedures, risks, and post-operative care. Contribute to the education and mentorship of residents and medical students, if applicable. Maintain an active role in community outreach and promoting the mission of unparalleled patient care. Qualifications: Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited institution. Board certification or board eligibility in Cardiovascular Surgery or Cardiothoracic Surgery. Valid Texas medical license (or eligibility to obtain one). 3-5 years of post-fellowship experience in cardiovascular surgery or cardiothoracic surgery. Proven expertise in advanced surgical techniques and minimally invasive approaches is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
