Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering
high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements
of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant
state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the
care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and
compassionate care, following established nursing models such as
"Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an
advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the
organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding
patient experience and positive clinical outcomes. We are seeking a
Registered Nurse (RN) Surgical Specialty BMC Unit for our facility
to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high

to apply now! What You Will Do In Your Role: - You will coordinate
nursing care for the patient and participate in patient / family
education. - You will work collaboratively with ancillary staff and
other patient care personnel in maintaining standards of
professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. - You will
participate in performance improvement activities to improve
patient safety and quality of care. - You will maintain cultural
awareness when dealing with patients, visitors, co-workers and
other customers. - You will promote a supportive, team-work
oriented environment. You will fulfill departmental
responsibilities consistent with the long-range plan, mission,

qualifications you will need: - Six months of experience preferred
but new graduates will be considered. - Oncology and/or
Chemotherapy certification is preferred. - Graduate of an
accredited school of professional nursing is required. - Current
Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State
Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to
obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date) - Current
American Heart Association BLS Certification is required HCA
