Position Highlights: Practice with a multi-disciplinary team of heath care providers Our model is designed to provide the most efficient, comprehensive, and proven care techniques to treat the whole patient - physically, mentally, and socially - at each visit "Quality vs. Quantity Model" - Typically see 14 to 16 patients per day Patient panel is predominately geriatrics with Medicare Advantage coverage Bonus incentives are based on quality metrics What makes an Optum Care organization different? Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
