team. The opportunity is available for either an experienced oral
surgeon and open to mentor strong resident that is completing in

Board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon -
Open to a resident that is willing to be mentored by the best -
Passionate about patient care and building lasting relationships -
Strong surgical skills in dentoalveolar, implants, and pathology
(full-scope experience is a plus!) - A team player who thrives in a
collaborative, high-quality private practice environment
Compensation $375K to 500K depending on experience - Minimum
guarantee, Plus 35% of collections above threshold Partnership
