Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist, you will be
responsible for: Patient Evaluation: Assessing individuals with
physical, psychosocial, and cognitive challenges to identify how
occupational therapy can improve their quality of life. Care
Coordination: Working alongside physicians and the care team to
develop, implement, and assess patient care plans focused on
restoring or maintaining health. Record Keeping: Accurately
documenting the care provided and collaborating with other team
members to ensure cohesive support. Family Education: Offering
training and guidance to caregivers and families to empower them in
the care process. Team Leadership: Supervising Certified
Occupational Therapist Assistants and Aides to ensure patient care
