Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active, unencumbered Registered
Nurse (RN) license – Texas or compact state - Minimum 1 year of
recent ICU nursing experience - Current BLS and ACLS certifications
(American Heart Association preferred) - Strong clinical skills in
critical care, patient assessment, and communication - Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment ICU RN
Responsibilities - Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care
to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) -
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, vital signs, and
responses to treatment - Collaborate with physicians and

intravenous lines (IVs), and operate advanced critical care
equipment - Educate and support patients and their families
throughout the care process - Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant
