Job Description Job Title: Radiology Technologist Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team.
The successful candidate will utilize equipment that produces
ionizing radiation to obtain radiographs for diagnostic purposes,
following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic x-ray exams independently
Utilize fluoroscopic and/or digital radiographic equipment,
including CR technology Operate radiographic C-arm or portable unit
in ambulatory surgery center Complete clerical processes using
Radiology Information System (RIS) and Patient Archiving System
(PACS) Provide excellent patient care and customer service Required
Qualifications: Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT
certification Texas Medical Board license BLS certification through
American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: Experience
with orthopedic x-ray Experience with EPIC Radiant Experience with
pediatric and geriatric patients Desired Skills: Excellent
positioning and patient care/customer service skills Strong
problem-solving skills Proactive approach to work Certifications:
ARRT (R) MRT-General Certificate BLS certification through American
Heart Association Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (end
time may vary) 5 days per week Dress Code: Solid color scrubs of
any color
