Job Description LVN needed for an Adult Private Duty case in
Port Arthur, Tx. Gtube / Trach Client 6:00 am - 6:00 pm rotation
6:00 pm - 6:00 am rotation Hourly Pay: $30 / per hour Maxim
Healthcare in Beaumont, Tx is hiring for a Licensed Vocational
Nurse (LVN) work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own

Plan Maxcares Awards Program Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing
process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On
each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in
accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms
indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s
condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information
from health care members and documents actual and/or potential
nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: Currently licensed as an LVN in
the state in which the LVN will practice. Current TB or Chest
X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior professional nursing
