Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: November 24, 2025 Location: Tomball, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 6:1 patient ratios; four weekend shifts per four-week schedule period; floating to Med-Surg, Rehab, and Progressive Care units as needed Highlights: 42-bed acute care medical-surgical unit with collaborative team environment Meditech Expanse EMR system with Baxter pumps Comprehensive patient care including post-operative management and wound care Strong support staff with dedicated charge nurses and PCTs on every shift 13-week contract assignment Requirements: Active Texas RN license or compact state licensure Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Medical-Surgical nursing experience required Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment Competency in IV starts, foley catheter insertion, and NGT placement Post-operative care experience preferred Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a well-staffed acute care team where collaboration and patient-centered care are priorities.
