Job Description Job Description Monarch Landscape Management is
seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Plant Health Care Manager to
lead our efforts in diagnosing, treating, and preventing landscape
pest and disease issues. This role is ideal for someone with a
strong background in arboriculture, horticulture, or plant sciences
who enjoys working outdoors, managing treatments, and educating
clients and team members. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Monitor and assess plant health across commercial
landscapes Identify pests, diseases, and environmental stressors
affecting trees, shrubs, and turf Recommend and administer
appropriate treatments (chemical, cultural, or biological) Maintain
compliance with all local and state pesticide application
regulations Develop and maintain treatment schedules and service
logs Communicate plant health conditions and solutions with clients
and internal teams Train field staff on best practices in plant
care and disease prevention Manage PHC materials, equipment, and
budget Qualifications: 3 years of experience in plant health care,
horticulture, or arboriculture Texas Pesticide Applicator License
or ability to obtain Strong diagnostic skills for pest and disease
identification Experience with spraying and application equipment
Excellent communication and record-keeping skills ISA Certification
or Arborist background is a plus Valid driver’s license with a
