development. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with
established policies, procedures, and protocols. Monitor, record,
and communicate patient condition as appropriate using computerized
documentation systems. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and families on illness
and injury prevention and treatments. Supervise and guide nursing
staff and monitor their needs. Assist with the continuation of care
and discharge planning. Proficient in clinical skills with an
ability to handle high-stress situations Excellent communications
and interpersonal skills Capable of critical thinking and
decision-making Compassionate and patient-focused approach Medical

Must hold a current and valid RN license in the state of Texas.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
