This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment, providing urgent medical services to a diverse patient population. As an RN-ED, you will be expected to manage patient care in fast-paced settings, apply strong clinical skills, and support patients and their families under critical conditions. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care. Administer medications and treatments accurately, observing patient responses. Document patient care services and outcomes. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health restoration. Provide emotional support to patients and families in emergent situations. Exceptional clinical skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Strong communication skills Efficiency in managing multiple patient care priorities Competence in electronic health record systems Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
