Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). In this role,
you will be pivotal in providing compassionate, patient-focused
care, demonstrating clinical excellence and enhancing patient
outcomes. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within

in patient care and satisfaction. Provide direct and comprehensive
nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor patient condition,
respond to medical emergencies, and deliver life-sustaining
therapies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate a
tailored care plan for each patient. Educate patients and their
families on treatment plans and health management. Manage and
operate medical equipment and ensure all procedures comply with
hospital standards. Document all patient interactions and
treatments accurately and securely. Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Proficient in using healthcare software and patient management
systems. Medical Insurance Life Insurance Must possess a current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certification preferred.
