Job Description:

care to patients with life-threatening neurological injuries and

high-quality care and support patient recovery. Assess, plan, and
implement patient care plans in a neuro ICU setting Monitor patient
progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Administer
medications and maintain detailed patient records Collaborate with
physicians and multidisciplinary team members Educate patients and
their families on treatment plans and neurological conditions
Ensure the use of proper safety protocols and infection control
measures Excellent clinical skills in a neuro-intensive care
environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a high pressure, fast-paced
environment Experience with electronic medical record systems
Compassionate patient care with attention to detail Medical
Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of Texas; Certification in Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN)
