Our Physical Therapist Assistants play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of exceptional patient-centered care, focusing on functional recovery and patient empowerment. Our collaborative environment allows you to work closely with Physical Therapists to implement customized treatment plans that aid patients in their recovery journeys, driven by innovative therapy practices. Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient-specific treatment programs. Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Educate patients and family members on treatment plans and therapeutic exercises. Maintain equipment and treatment areas. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care. Strong understanding of physical therapy modalities and techniques. Excellent patient management skills. Ability to communicate medical concepts in a clear and empathetic way. Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. CPR and First Aid certifications.
