Job Description:

Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This advanced practice
role involves working closely with patients in acute care settings
to manage complex patient care needs in collaboration with
physicians and other healthcare providers. The successful candidate
will provide crucial support in the diagnosis and treatment of a
wide range of health conditions, focusing on acute care
interventions, patient education, and outcomes. Assess, diagnose,
and treat patients in an acute care setting. Collaborate with
physicians and multidisciplinary team members to formulate care
plans. Perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Provide education and support to patients and their families
regarding health conditions and care plans. Ensure high standards
of patient care and safety. Expertise in clinical assessment and
management of acute medical conditions. Ability to work
independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficient in using medical software and
patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Nurse Practitioner
license. Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)
is preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
