Requirements

HOURLY SUPERVISORS:

• Candidates will possess the following experience and/or skills:
• Ability to lead, motivate, and empower our team
• Outstanding guest service skills
• Initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to recognize problems and problem solve
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Technically competent in restaurant operating systems, learning systems and typical desktop software.
• Restaurant experience required
• Must be willing/available to work closing shifts (till 11pm Sun-Thurs, till Midnight Fri-Sat)
