Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter (Contract).
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles
Collaborate with sales hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
Leverage multiple channels to source and engage top B2B SaaS sales talent

Required Qualifications

5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS sales recruiting
Proven track record of filling high-volume sales roles in competitive environments
Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS industry and enterprise software sales
Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using advanced recruitment tools
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever
