functions. THE OPPORTUNITY The company is seeking a proactive,
relationship-driven Recruiter to support hiring across corporate
and operations teams. This role owns full-cycle recruiting for a
wide range of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to
define needs, attract qualified talent, and deliver a consistent,
professional candidate experience from initial outreach through
offer acceptance and onboarding. You will support leaders by
helping implement disciplined, repeatable interview structures,
including interview stages, question guides, scorecards, and
evaluation tools. The role also includes conducting prescreens,
advising on pipeline strategy, and providing market insights to
support strong, timely hiring decisions. This position is
well-suited for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes ownership
of outcomes, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where
high-quality hiring directly supports operational growth. You will
work cross-functionally and play a meaningful role in building
teams within a growing manufacturing organization. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Candidate Experience Act as a knowledgeable and engaging
representative to external candidates. Deliver a timely,
respectful, and consistent candidate experience throughout the
hiring process. Communicate clearly regarding process steps,
timelines, and expectations. Prepare candidates with role context,
interview logistics, and company culture insights. Collaboration &
Onboarding Partner with HR, hiring managers, and IT to support a
smooth transition from candidate to new hire. Assist with offer
letters, onboarding materials, and pre-hire documentation as
needed. Coordinate pre-employment steps such as background checks
and start date readiness. Support onboarding activities to ensure a
positive and well-organized first-week experience. Full-Cycle
Recruiting Advise hiring managers on structured interview design,
including stages, question guides, scorecards, and evaluation
criteria. Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple
functions and locations. Conduct prescreen interviews to assess
qualifications, experience, and role alignment. Coordinate
interviews and ensure hiring teams are aligned on evaluation
standards. Facilitate interview debriefs and provide hiring
recommendations. Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring
process with clarity and professionalism. Lead offer coordination,
including compensation alignment, candidate communication, and
closing. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements,
success profiles, and sourcing strategies. Proactively source
talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and
targeted outreach. Track candidate progress and maintain momentum
to meet agreed-upon hiring timelines. Hiring Manager Partnership
Align with managers on role prioritization, talent availability,
and hiring timelines. Coach managers on interview discipline,
structured evaluation, and effective decision-making. Ensure
consistent use of hiring tools and processes across teams and
locations. Provide market and competitive insights to support
realistic role profiles and compensation planning. Support managers
in identifying must-have versus trainable skills. Utilize
behavioral or assessment tools within the selection process, as
applicable. Recruiting Operations & Reporting Ensure recruiting
activities comply with internal policies and employment
regulations. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting tools,
systems, templates, and workflows. Maintain accurate and up-to-date
records in the applicant tracking system. Track and report key
recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, time to fill, and
conversion rates. Use data to recommend adjustments when pipelines
or processes are not performing as expected. WHAT YOU BRING 10
years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, HR, or
a related role. Strong organizational and time management skills
with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills with a professional,
collaborative approach. High attention to detail and a proactive,
solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently while
partnering effectively across departments. Proficiency with
Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Demonstrated
ability to handle confidential information with discretion and
sound judgment. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
preferred. Authorization to work in the United States (no visa
