Job Description:
A company is looking for a Course Developer to create and
enhance eLearning courses for educational and training
purposes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging, interactive eLearning courses and certification
programs
Create high-quality training video content and develop job aids to
support training
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure course
accessibility and compliance with standards
Required Qualifications
Certificate or coursework in instructional design, educational
technology, or related field, or 1+ years of eLearning course
development experience
Proven experience with Articulate Storyline for developing
eLearning courses
Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Camtasia
Familiarity with multimedia principles and learning technology
standards (e.g., SCORM)
Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
