Director of IT Security About the Company and Opportunity: Director of IT Security Our client specializes in Oil and Gas Headquartered in Houston, TX Excellent work life balance Great company culture with strong leadership High growth company Overview of the Director of IT Security Develop company wide IT security frameworks Create the company's Disaster recovery plan and maintain the security architecture design. Work with both the CIO and CTO handle the deployment and integrations to company security solutions Research security breaches and fix future breaches and issues Conduct regularly security awareness training to help maintain employee compliance and consistency. Work with and engage with the systems and networking teams to make sure companywide security policy if followed and monitored Preferred Qualifications for the Director of IT Security Minimum of 5 years working in IT Security General experience in enterprise security architecture design Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Cyber Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems) Certifications in either GIAC Security Essentials or ISACA Certified Information Security Manager Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills LI-RT1 INMAY2025 ZRCFSTECH
