Job Description:
A company is looking for an Immigration Paralegal for a 3-month
remote contract position with EST working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Provide immigration case filing strategy and assess immigration
options for hiring and internal job changes
Manage Labor Condition Applications, PERM postings, and respond to
government Requests for Evidence
Stay updated on immigration law changes and provide training to key
partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience with U.S. immigration employment-based visas
and green card cases, specifically H-1B and L-1
Experience in a corporate legal department or supporting a
technology company is preferred
Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
