seeking a highly qualified and experienced Commercial Litigation
Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be
an integral part of our firm, handling complex commercial
litigation cases, especially in the areas of Homeowners Association
(HOA) and Real Estate. The ideal candidate must have a proven track
record of success in these areas, displaying exceptional legal
acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent client service. This is a
full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive compensation

diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, focusing on HOA
and real estate disputes. Represent clients in court, arbitration,
and mediation proceedings. Conduct thorough legal research to
support case preparation and strategy development. Draft and review
legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery
requests, and responses. Provide sound legal advice to clients,
ensuring their interests are protected at all times. Collaborate
with other attorneys and paralegals to ensure the effective and
efficient resolution of cases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends. Develop and maintain
strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to
their success. Job Details Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree
from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. A
minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a
focus on HOA and real estate law. Proven track record of success in
managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional negotiation and dispute resolution skills. Strong
written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and
understandable manner. High level of professionalism and ethical
standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in the use of legal research tools and software. Strong
organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases
