Candidates should be confident handling hearings, depositions, and discovery, and possess strong writing skills with trial experience being highly valued. Responsibilities: Represent clients in probate, guardianship, and trust litigation matters Manage related estate, trust, and guardianship administrations Handle hearings independently and confidently Take and defend depositions, and draft and respond to discovery Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies Prepare cases for trial and assist or lead in trial as appropriate Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas 5 years of relevant litigation experience Experience or strong familiarity with probate and fiduciary litigation Background in family law is a plus Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload Interested in hearing more?
